A Man’s Guide to Buying Lingerie

It’s a tricky task for men to get it just right when buying lingerie for their partner!

Here is our guide to making it easier.

1. Make sure you get the right size. Check with her or look at her existing lingerie. However, a large proportion of women wear the wrong bra size. Try our guide to help get it right. Bra Measuring Guide.

2. Choose a colour she likes. If she doesn’t have any bold colours in her lingerie drawer, try going for more subtle, pastel colours. If she likes wearing bold colours, choose deep reds, blues, purples or turquoise. You can’t go wrong with black! Black bras are very popular, sexy and practical too.

3. Buy designs that she likes, not just you, otherwise they may never come out of the drawer! Some women will be pleased with a lacy basque and suspenders but others would prefer something more practical, such as a matching bra and brief set in an attractive shade. Again, have a look at the type of design she chooses herself.
